Location: MIT in Cambridge, MA | Huntington Hall, Building 10, Room 250; Note - the best/fastest way to get to the conference is to enter the MIT Campus from 77 Massachusetts Avenue.
Parking: $9/day flat fee at Albany Street garage (must pay by credit card); address is 32 Albany Street, Cambridge (building N4)
Early bird registration is $30 until November 30. After November 30, registration is $40. Fee includes coffee and snacks over the full weekend.
Online registration and payment by credit card is preferred, however, if you need to pay by check or money order, please select that option at check-out and directions will be provided. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds if you need to cancel your registration.
Please note, when you purchase your tickets, you are welcome to only include your last initial if you'd rather not provide your full name (we will only include your last initial on your nametag). If you are registering multiple attendees and do not know their email address(es), feel free to type in your own again.
Scholarships
We are committed to making this conference financially viable to all. Scholarships are available for those who cannot afford registration - we simply ask that you commit to one shift (1-2 hours) of service during the conference.
